Personal statement January 2022

We had the immense luck to live with one of the most outstanding stud dogs of classic and old bloodlines for more than 2 years, more precisely from 

10. October  2019 to 30. December 2021 oru beloved Roma,  C.I.B, C.I.E Sun-Laurie Blowing In The Wind, the father of our beloved boy, Ch. Leenora Best Top Gear and our beloved homebred girl, Ch. Sunbrook´s Welcome after the Storm!

Roma gifted us with the best of himself, he gaveus two wonderful children, as well as indescribably beautiful 26 months as beloved family member and part of our lovely pack and of course he gifted us our W-litter, as dad of the litter.

Roma has for us all we want to see in a Labrador.  He is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME dog!! For us his quality is undeniable:

He is not just an handsome, a stunning, gorgeous dog, because: to be a true studdog means even more!!! The looks is only one small part of the characteristics required.

In our opinion, Roma is a true studdog because he  perpetuate the breed!

And this is what a true studdog must do: he must possess outstanding breed qualities which he passed down to the next generation.

C.I.B, C.I.E Sun-Laurie Blowing In The Wind, our beloved special guest Roma, posses the absolute best characteristics as described by the written FCI Breed Standard for Labrador Retrievers Nr. 122, including working and gamefinding abilities and temperament as called for by the standard.

Roma had prove, that he is be able to pass  consistent on the best qualities  to his progeny. His offspring are proving to have lovely kind temperaments with gorgeous breed type, many winning in the show ring while others are keen workers. 

Roma is free of any genetic conditions that affect the breed. Hips -A/A, Elbows-0/0, prcd-PRA,EIC,HNPK, CMN clear. Thanks a million Tatiana Gurzhiy for letting Roma come live with us for this long time!!

It was an indescribable joy and honor at the same time to go into the show ring with Roma and show him.
Showing Roma in the ring is a wonderful feeling, he loves to be in the ring. We are happy to be able to make him Swiss Show Champion and to lead him to his last qualifications for VDH Champion. We are deeply grateful!!!

With truly deep gratitude we look back on our time together with this exceptional male and studdog, he came to us on October 10, 2019 and conquered our hearts in seconds.

He immediately became beloved part of our family and of the pack and will always stay in our hearts and thouhgts! we love him, just like our own dogs. By Alex Ch. Leenora Best Top Gear and Storm, Ch.
